😫 I need help, advice, a prayer or something!!

I’m stressed! I just read a post about somebody leaving there pills in the hot car for hours and then I realized I did that shit a couple weeks ago!! And I didn’t even pay that little temperature warning any mind 😭. My pills were in the car the night of June 28th until about 1pm on the 29th. And I’ve been taking them ever since. I had unprotected sex on the 1st and 2nd of July and starting having a little brown discharge on the 6th. I just assumed it was an effect of maybe a little hair removal cream getting up in there or something on the 4th. But now I’m worried that it’s implantation bleeding 😭😭 what y’all think?? What should I do?
