help! discharge.. sore nipples

hello i have been having clear snot like drainage for over a month.. my nipples have been so sore and killing me for about the same time. i have PCOS and dont have periods regularly and ive never had this happen... i can always tell when my period will come but the drainage and nipples being so sore i am lost here. i am having some crampy feelings but idk if its a cyst this time or not! i have taken a million ovulation test and there is absolutely no trace of a second line i have also taken a few cheap pregnancy test and still negatives... does anyone have an idea or any advice on this.. thank you
