2 Year Molars?

Question

I think our daughter is getting her 2 year molars? She’s chewing like crazy, is blowing hot and cold, wants her binky all the time (she only uses it at night and for naps), and is refusing her chewy giraffe as a substitute. She had a screaming fit. What do I do for these?

just slowly die until they finish coming through. lol 
for real though just offer tylenol for pain and cold foods and wait it out.

our daughter already has a full set of teeth(that includes the two sets of molars. 8 molars in total). she popped with the last 4( aka 2 year old molars) 2 months ago. it was horrible. chewing on EVERYTHING in the house. naps went to shit , for a week straight.  she was crying most of the day out of frustration.  it took me 3 days to figure out she was popping through with FOUR back molars at once. it was nuts. I felt one myself so i decided to take her for her bi-annual dentist appt. they confirmed not one but all 4 molars coming in. i started giving her frozen organic OJ pops. and tylenol at night. she was better within 2 weeks. but it was horrible

Yuuuupppp!! Tantrums are on full force. I’m kinda just leaving her be. Not pushing meals, and giving her frozen teethers and smoothies. Tylenol/ibuprofen first thing in the morning , before nap and before bed.
