Bigger or smaller???

My hubby and I just bought our own home, YAY!! Our bedroom is the biggest bedroom with of us have ever had in our lives and we are so excited. We don’t know what to do with all the space though. Ignore the mess, we just moved in 2 days ago and are still setting up. We currently have a queen sized bed. I would like King. Do you think we should get the king or stay with a queen with the available space?

I would also stay with the queen. 1. I don’t like King because I feel like my husband is to far away from me. 2. Easy buying blankets and stuff. 3. Save the money, since you already have a bed that is quite fine. I feel like the extra few inches won’t be worth the money.

I like queen, it’s big enough that I’m comfortable with my fiancé in it, but it’s easy to find sheets and frames and stuff unlike when I had a king and it was such a pain in the ass to find the right size blanket,sheets etc.

I’d get the king. I enjoy ours, my husband is still close to me, (we both sleep near the center, touching each other) but the bed is big enough that he can stretch out across his half without half of his body being on top of me and squishing me, and both of our dogs can sleep on it as well. 
Also, personally, i don’t think you need much spare room in a bedroom. All you do is sleep in there. What else would you use that space for?

If he moves a lot or you, get a king bed. That is a big room though. You can add like a little reading corner. A recliner and a lamp and bookcase. A dresser, two night stands and one of those fake fireplaces in the wall across the bed with a big screen mounted on the wall

I would get the king! When we just met, a Queen was almost a little small for us... because he likes to move a lot and take my spot if I get up to pee 😂 if that’s not a problem for you then maybe just decorate the current bed a bit or add a frame/post/hang something

I regret not sizing up to a king purely for Sunday morning snuggles my husband and I do with our young children. It would be so much more convenient for the occasional times they sneak into bed with us to have that extra room.
