Bad sweet tooth-help!
Hey ladies, so lately I’ve had a really bad sweet tooth. Like I crave brownies and cakes and cupcakes all the time! Lol I’m about to have my 28 week glucose blood draw and so I’ve been limiting my sugar intake. Probably why I’ve been craving it so much! Anyway, I try to eat healthy and make wise food choices. Anyone have any ideas how to stop the sugar cravings? I eat lots of fruit and if I eat chocolate it’s the dark chocolate.
