37+1 weeks- odd labor signs?

okay ladies, EVERY mama wants to know at some point if they are close to having they're LO, especially around this time! Some of us personally don't know how this stuff goes, either bc it's our first, OR (in my situation) we were induced with our first child. For my first, everything was done manually. Contractions, water breaking, etc... I really want to go all natural this time with going into labor! But i am completely lost as to what symptoms (other than the obvious contractions/water breaking) to look for!

i know for sure i am only having 1-2 real contractions every hour. The last 3 days, i have started to feel really nauseous (without throwing up), sometimes nauseous enough to the point of going to the bathroom bc i feel like i need to poo... and it's either diarrhea, or nothing. The pressure in my pelvic bone/vagina at this point is unbearable sometimes. it hurts to lay down, sit, roll over, stand up, and walk. It takes my breath away most of the time!

what i'm asking is, what were some of your "not so obvious" symptoms that ended up meaning labor was near? I'm both nervous and excited at the same time... thanks ladies!
