Do you take all your prenatal vitamins at once? I have to take 5 pills a day total. I’m taking the honest company. 
3 whole food based and 2 with DHA. 
If yes, why do you take them all at once? 
If no, when do you take them throughout the day?

I take the honest brand so I take 5 a day too. I spread them out through the day. So I take one prenatal and one DHA after breakfast, a prenatal after lunch, and a prenatal and a DHA after dinner. It spreads the dose out through the day.

No I take them as stated on the bottle. If you take all at once you are defeating the purpose. You will pee it out before it all gets absorbed into your body.
I even currently have a brand that calls for 1 pill a day and I split that in half to ensure my body is getting everything it needs throughout the day

I take 3 prenatal and 2 DHA before bed every night. I used to spread them out during the day but got lazy because I’ve been taking them for 11 months now. Lol.

Mine are only 2x day, but I take them spaced out. I remember my doctor telling me to do the same with my tums (for calcium) because the body couldn’t absorb that much that fast. So it’s usually one dose at lunch, one at dinner/bed.

I used Vitamin Code Raw Prenatals.. 3 capsules daily. I took them all at once 🤷🏻‍♀️ If I had to spread them out I’d ending up missing some. In your case I’d take the dha ones in the morning and the others at night before bed.
