has anyone gotten pregnant with their tubed tied?

I had my tubes clamped 5 years ago, I've been regular ever since until june, my period was 24 hours and really light. now I'm 8 days late I have a Dr's appointment tomorrow for blood work and a pelvic ultra sound because all 3 tests I took came up negative. just wondering if anyone else has gotten pregnant after a tubaligation.

My moms friend had 5 kids and got her tubes tied. She ended up getting pregnant again about a year after the procedure, & they used to make fun of her saying either she was extremely fertile or her husband had super sperm.

thanks ladies, I've been trying to tell my partner it's possible to get pregnant. I wanted him to get a vasectomy after my tubes were clamped but he refused, now we are paying the price 😂😂😂
