My period is 10 days late!!👶🤰🤞🤞 Does it matter what time of day I take a pregnancy test?

I just picked up five pregnancy test and I really want to take one right now. I have done 5 different "home made" pregnancy test all  with positive results. (hadn't been able to go to store cause my car was in the shop and boyfriend was going to and from to work) I don't want to take one and it not be effective because I'm not taking it in the morning. Will taking it in the morning matter now that I'm this late?

they say first am pee is best because it's less likely to be diluted by the fluids you drink throughout the day. However, keep in mind, some women don't have enough HCG LVLS no matter what time of day for a few weeks later. So do not get discouraged if bfn keep popping up. 
I'm 6 days late on AF, 20 days past ovulation and still testing neg on FRER, Amazon cheap sticks and equate. But with my first I never actually got a positve urine result, only blood.
