I just called to book my genetic abnormalities scan for next Friday when I'll be 12w6days, and the receptionist was hesitant to book me because "we only do those scans after 12+ weeks". We were using OPKs so I'm confident I ovulated on May 5th and that the dating is 100% accurate. I shared that my midwife had told me to come in for next week...but now I'm worried that I'll have to go for an extra scan if it is too early. Has anyone else had this experience?

I had 5 scans during my 1st pregnancy and really just trying to avoid all the extra scans this time around...hoping for only 2 (genetic abnormality one, and anatomy scan).
