Trying with spotty cycle

Me and my husband couldnt do intercourse initially for years in our marriage. We did it now. "The intercourse" finally. Well, done it in november last year. I have been seeing doctor for this reason though. They checked me i wasnt too tight or had infected vigina. Its just that i Was too scared and nervous.

But now that i have done this thing other thing is i wanted to get pregnant. Actually thats why i was so nervous and stressed bcz i wanted to get pregnant so i have to do intercourse as soon as possible. Bcz even before not having intercourse we both husband and wife was enjoying our sex life. Weird right? I still had orgasms. Well its possble.

Now because the stress of not been able to do intercourse effect me sooooo much that the month we did our intercourse my periods get disturbed/irregular. Few days late. Late is fine but they started as spotting. And few cycles Only spotting for 4 days thats it. No need to use pads. And me i always have a very good flow for 3-4 days and then light bleeding (not spotting) for next 3-4 days so always have a 7 days of periods. well now the situation is that i'm trying to get pregnant with praying inside to have a normal regular cycle if i didnt get pregnant that month.

The doctors nhs here is rubbish. They dont do any thing except blood test. And my prolactin was high. So they tested again and said its back to normal now. !!!

Don't know what to do except praying.
