Ovulation

Is it possible to ovulate this soon after my period? I took a ovulation test last Friday and it showed yes. I have been taking one everyday since then and they all have shown no. My teeth are super sensitive, my nipples are constantly tingling, and I have felt nauseous. Thoughts about ovulating this soon?
