I am currently 16w3d and since 13 weeks have had spotting after almost every bowel movement, whether I strain or not. I have taken stool softeners, but that does not seem to help the cervix from becoming irritated every time.

Anyone have any other advice? Am I just one of those people that has bleeding throughout her pregnancy? I’ve had ultrasounds and listened to heart tones, and my cervix is closed and firm according to my OB, so baby is fine. Just looking for any other remedies or advice.
