Help 😧

We're trying so hard at this breastfeeding thing but each day seems tougher than before. We're mainly having latch issues. He won't even open his mouth at times. Usually he just doesn't gape, or does a little then when boob goes in he gets down to just nipple. Now he won't even open up. Hadn't eaten in 3 hours and has a clenched fist but refuses to eat. I'm so at a loss with him. I want so badly to breastfeed and have tried nipple sheilds, but after the first few times they don't work well anymore. We try like 4 positions each time, none work. If somehow we do get a latch, he pops off a second later. I just don't know what to do with this little guy.
