so my contractions are sporadic. Everytime I get up and walk around my complex they get to 5-7 minutes apart but as soon as I get home and sit down they go to 15-20 minutes apart.

I'm in the bathroom and mucus comes out no big deal it always happens however I felt something dangling so I touched it and it was alot of mucus so naturally I got it out and there's this weird white kinda separated fluid. I've never seen this before. it doesn't look like mucus or liquid but like a separated paste can someone tell me what that is ??
