Cramping

So I’m 4weeks and 5 days. I’ve had cramping for 7days now, found out I’m pregnant 5 days ago. I seem to get the cramps morning into the mid afternoon and they last a few minutes each time, early hours last night I was awoken by intense pain and it got me worried so went to see the doctor this morning who checked me over and had no concerns at all, I’m not having any bleeding. Just had another bout of intense pain, went so hot I thought I was going to pass out but then 15 mins late I’m absolutely fine as if nothing happened. Please tell me I’m not alone ☹️ it’s terrifying me!!
