9 months post VR

We are going on 9 months now. Counts have started to rise but still nothing has happened. AF is suppose to start in 5 days and I’m just really hoping that it doesn’t. But if it does I think I’m just going to stop driving myself crazy and stop trying so hard to make it happen. I’m going to concentrate on continuing my weight loss journey since I’ve put on 35 lbs in the last two years. I’ve gone from 152 lbs in April down to 135 as of today. My goal is 110-115.
