Help ease my mind

So my periods been irregular due to stress (new job and new living environment) but i was suppose to get my period yesterday and it hasn’t came yet. On the 7 of this month, i had a quickie (lasted 3 mins...) he pulled out and his cum landed on the towel and my leg (calf) but i always freak out when my period is late (even if it’s a day). Do you think there a chance? That was the first time i had sex since April. I didn’t have a May period (or i think i didn’t 🤔 i sometimes forget to keep track) but last month it was June 11-16.
