I hope this is implantation not AF

I ovulated on or around July 4th or 5th. Last two days I've been experiencing occasional vaginal cramps and breast soreness/tingling on the inside around the perimeter of my areolas. AF isn't supposed to arrive until July 14th - 19th from what Ovia and <a href="https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.glow.android">Glow app</a> says. I really hope it has to do with implementation and NOT AF.
