I have a pile HELP
So this is my 3rd pregnancy and I’ve never had a pile before, last week I was super constipated like I didn’t poo for eight days!
But the doctor gave me loads of stuff to take, and it worked but now I have a pile and omg it’s so itchy and uncomfortable.
Help idea’s or tips to get rid of them? I’m not seeing my midwife for another 7 days I’m 34
