I just started a new job 3 weeks ago and started being in production about 1 1/2 weeks ago. I’ve made a few mistakes but nothing drastic. I’ve been heavily contributing to team processes and suggesting ideas since my first week, I don’t see any reason for me to be let go already. But I’m nervous about our meeting.

Is this a bad sign? Am I going to get fired?

I’ve been let go before in the past and it gives me anxiety!
