got a lump on my vagina...

so got a lump above my vagina where most the hair grows(hard explaining where cause idk what it is called!) but it had been there a while as i thought it was a spot but it has swelled up a little and is very hard and a tiny bit purple and confused to what it is? can someone help me lol embarrassing

don’t want to go to the doctors just yet as i can’t drive and don’t want to tell my mum to give me a lift there as she will ask why and i’m only 17:|
