Can I get pregnant?

So about 2 weeks ago around my ovulation my boyfriend and I had sex. When he was getting ready finish he had pulled out finished a little but he felt like he didn’t finish all the way so he put it back in and then finished probably like 3 minutes later by pulling out. can I get pregnant from this incident?? My period is late today and I tested but it was negative. So idk if it’s too early to say I’m in the green or not.
