Destroy my travel system?!

So my mom and stepdad got us a safety first travel system. when I took everything out of the box and started to assemble it I realized that they didn't include the manual or the peices that are used to attach the rear wheels.

After a few email exchanges they told me the parts I need are on backorder and they won't be available until whatever date which is too late for us. They said a faster option is for us to send you a replacement, in order to do that you will have to destroy your current item via Skype or FaceTime with us so that we know it isn't usable by anyone else.

This seems so wrong on so many levels to me.

But gotta do what I gotta do.

So I schedule a Skype destruction appointment for next week 😔
