Monistat 7

So I bought Monistat 7 because I’m pretty sure I have a yeast infection. I have a uti and im taking antibiotics for it but I’m not trying to go back to the dr in such a short timeframe so I figured this would do the trick for now. Its come to that clumpy cottage cheese look so I figured let me try this. I had the regular supposetories from years ago and this one looks different so idk if its still the same but do I put the cream on the outer parts where I just have the discharge even though I have no itching like it says I should do on the box or do I just put the cream inside?
