How long will this last??

Is anybody else suffering from round ligament pains?!?! If so how long did you have to deal with it? This is awful and I hate being so uncomfortable 😞😞

It can last the entire pregnancy, but there are exercises you can to to loosen the ligaments to reduce or stop the pain. They didn’t tell me until I went to birthing classes, or I would have done them so much earlier. I would do videos or use google to find the best stretches and activities that work for you, and remember not to push yourself too hard or you could make it worse. Good luck! The entire pregnancy, unfortunately. If you're about to cough or sneeze, get your head as close to your knees as possible. This reaaaaally helps. It does seem to get better in the 3rd trimester. But it doesn't go away.

Mine are bad. Especially getting out of my bed since it’s a higher bed.
