how early did you deliver twins

I'm first time pregnant with twins and everyone keeps telling me I'll deliver early. I know it's a possibility but just wanting to see what others have gone thru. little faces about me. I'm 28. have pcos and was on BC when I got pregnant. I am overweight and have had a lap-band.
