help with these cramps
yall so i already had my period and it was good it was normal length and it stopped 5 and i had sex on the 7th or 8th and then it started back up on the 11th my period usually does that sometimes but today my cramps are so bad i have the worst diarrhea my cramps are bad my stomach gets hot my blood isnt like my regular blood either its bright red and then i have to poop every hour or so im miserable guys what do i do ?????
