Ughhh wtf is this pain???

So a little backstory. I had a repeat csection 5 weeks ago. Great pregnancy. Little pain. No labor due to repeat c. Great recovery til about 3 week pp. I started getting vaginal pains and sometimes I feel like I don’t even know if the pain is in my vagina or butt. Anyways sometimes sitting down hurts..getting up..walking. Feels like I’ve been punched down below. Like a throbbing bruise. Doc did tests and nothing. I’m going insane
