mucus plug????? PLZ help!

i don’t have any pictures, but i think i may have just lost my mucus plug? it was different then discharge, as it was more jelly like, and there was a significant amount. how soon after losing your mucus plug did you go into labor? did your water break? help!

iv been loosing mine in bits since 36 weeks. it's been clear and jelly like. from what iv been told it doesn't mean much unless it's your 'bloody show' and has some blood in it. I'm 38 weeks and 5 days and lost more this morning.

same as the other postm I have been having that jelly like substance for about a week and a half now. yesterday was my due date and the day before that I had my membranes striped with my doc. I have been having contractions since yesterday mid day but with no real pattern . hoping to have this baby very soon. are you dilated or effaced at all ? I am almost a 4 and 100% effaced.

I’ve been losing mine since Wednesday and I’m 37 weeks +6 days. No labor yet just some contractions. It’s a good sign things are happening to get you ready, stay positive ma’am!

I didn't lose mine til I was already in active labor. :/  I don't think it's a good indicator, cuz some people lose pieces for weeks and it just grows back.
