I need some advice/help.

I’ve had about 4 normal periods ever since I was 13, I am now 24. The doctors won’t do a lot for me but we still don’t understand why my periods are so irregular, I took a few ovulation tests after I had my first period in months, I’m not 100% how the tests work but I took one on CD 11 and the test was just one line, I then took one CD13 and this is the one in the picture and I put it in to glow and it said negative so I then take one this morning (CD14) and the test line is even lighter. Can anyone give me some advice or explain a little to me please? Thank you🤔
