Back Sleeper
Ok, so before I found out I was pregnant, I trained myself to sleep on my left side, and it went great. I wasn’t even tossing or turning anymore. Now that I’m 23 weeks, I find myself waking up on my back! Any recommendations on what I could do to prevent it, or products that have helped? I do have the comma shaped pregnancy pillow for between my legs, but apparently I just squeeze my legs and bend it to get on my back 🤦♀️
