Cute ways to announce to family?

I’m trying to find a cute creative way to announce to my family (parents, siblings, grandparents, uncle) all in the same gathering/sitting. Any ideas?

I’ve tried googling but a lot of the ideas are more “picture announcements” rather than in person.

One idea I had was bringing a cake to family dinner that says “Baby arriving 2019” or something like that.
