Make up tips?

I’m 14 and I’m gonna be honest here I’m not amazing at makeup but eyes are what really get me I’m trying to find a nice eyeshadow pallet that isn’t supper expensive but still works nicely and would like to have some nice colors any suggestions? Also do you guys have any brush recommendations it would be greatly appreciated thank you

$5 Wet n Wild palettes at Walmart and Walgreens. They are nice and have good color payoff. As for brushes..if you're 14 and just starting there is no point in going to sephora and getting some expensive set. Just get some simple blending brushes from ulta or walmart.
Also, if you're having trouble with making your eyeshadow look good, BLEND and when you think your done, blend a little more 👍🏼

I like using nyx, it's not too expensive and has good colors. I'm also pretty new to makeup and love this palette I got for Christmas.
The only thing I wish it had was an actual maroon color in it.
But I can do so many looks with this palette, and all of the colors are bright and easy to use

I like imagic. It's very cheap and you don't have to use alot. They like sparkle so you'll have to look for one that has more matte colors but it's my favorite cheap pallet.
