Only hungry in the night
So I was never really a breakfast person, but now the thought of eating in the morning makes me nauseous and sick. Around 2-4 is when I eat because that’s when I start getting hungry, but I don’t eat a lot. Then around 8-9 is when I’m starving but I only crave junk like chips and popcorn. Anyone only getting hungry in the night?
Also, I want to try to not eat as much junk. Do you think snacking on healthy stuff throughout the day will not make me so hungry in the night? I’ll be 6 weeks tomorrow and first appt isn’t till August 1st. This is something I will be bringing up to my doctor, just curious if any of you other ladies were feeling the same way. Thanks! 💕
