Help!

So the past couple months me and my boyfriend decided to try to have kids, I was on neplaxon or however you spell it when I got it out ab 8 months ago, we recently had sex and I felt him hit the back of my vagina and actually felt his load go in me, keep in mind he always finishes in me but I’ve never felt it go in me like this. That was ab 2 weeks ago now I’m experience like severe cramps in that area and back pains my boobs are tender and I experience crazy food cravings i also have to pee every 5 seconds it seems, I need some feed back when did you know you were pregnant?
