Hey all, im 17 and have always had problems with using food as a way to cope with stress and whatnot I.e eating and snacking a lot and eating mass amounts of food when I’m stressed or anxious and I am suffering in the way that I am now ‘chunky’ and unhappy with my body, I understand that loving my body is important no matter what size I am but I’d like to slim down for health and happiness. Any tips or tricks to stop over eating/ snacking to much and slimming down?
