change period?

I don't know if this is the right spot to put this but my daughter is 10 months old and still breastfeeding. I had gotten my period since she was about 3 months old and once a month since like clockwork. my period is over a week late. I have taken a digital pregnancy test and it came back not pregnant. she is teething though and has been waking up and eating a lot more throughout the night. my question is could her nursing more at night mess with or stop my period?
