Anyone else?

When I was 18 years old  I had an ectopic pregnancy and at the same time they told me I had ovarian cysts . They treated the ectopic but never really did anything about the cysts . It hasn’t always hurt since then but recently when me and my fiancé do any other position other than missionary , it’s painful on the same right side where I felt the pain when the whole situation happened which led to me going to the hospital and found out I was pregnant as well as cysts . Could the cysts be back? I’m scared that I might not be able to have kids (always had a feeling) and I’m only 22. Has anyone else had anything else familiar to this ?

I have ovarian cyst and they are painful I had one rupture a couple of weeks ago but idk if I’m fertile or not I haven’t had any kind of treatment for them or anything but it does worry me that I can’t have babies and I’m only 20 and right now me and my fiancé are trying to have a baby

cysts are a big deal while pregnant.  I have experience with this!!!! I had a small cyst become bigger than a football within a month and had to have emergency surgery.
blood is given more plentifully to your reproductive organs while pregnant,  therefore helping the cysts grow.
it depends on the type of cyst.  if its manageable, they'll monitor it in case surgery needs to happen during pregnancy.
 heating pad. warm baths. talk to your OB. good luck! know your body and if the pain is unbearable,  be vocal.  I wasnt and tried to deal with the pain, my fallopian tube ended up wrapping around the large cyst like a balloon animal and cause half of it to die making it septic and a very serious situation and emergency surgery followed.
it's the worst pain ever. I begged to be knocked out and contemplated hurting myself to make the pain stop.
