Braxton Hicks, should I be worried?

I have been having Braxton Hicks all day - which was a long one because we had birthing class from 8:30am-2:30pm.

I just had two within seven minutes. So I’m definitely having more than 4 an hour. They haven’t progressed though and the baby has been moving plenty.

So should I be worried?

I have an appointment Monday (NST & growth scan) so I can definitely ask the doctor about it then, but I don’t know if I should consider going to the hospital tomorrow if they don’t subside a bit?

Trying to drink lots of water and rest now.

Has anyone else had them so often one day and then none the next? I feel like I’ve had a few days like this since 24 weeks, but reading articles it seems like other people haven’t had them as often.
