Faulty ovulation monitor

So I bought this fertility ovulation monitor called OvuSense. I follow all the instructions and it doesn’t work. So I email the support email, they replay with the same trouble shooting instructions. Still doesn’t work so I email them again and they still don’t believe me.. so I’m like did I just get scammed WTF.. I’m so mad, everything we put money into to get us pregnant has yet to work, should I just give up and have all my reproductive removed since it obviously it doesn’t work and just has me in pain every month at af.. almost 5yrs of trying without a single bfp
