Would you try to stop this foster/adoption process? And how would you go about it?

Say you have a [white] cousin (or other family member) that is unfortunately a racist.

This individual is single and has recently announced that she wants to foster and eventually adopt black children to "save them" and "raise them the right way so they don't become another thug".

Would you feel compelled to stop this because you know she is a racist who will undoubtedly only harm these children? How would you do so? Would you try to inform the foster/adoption lawyers? Would that even stop the process? Would screen shots texts of her racism be enough proof? Would you feel guilty doing this to a family member?
