Question for you mamas
When does the cramping normally stop? I’m almost 6 weeks. I have been cramping on and off the past 2 weeks but no sign of blood. It doesn’t really hurt it just makes me really worried/nervous.
Also any advice for first time pregnancy?

Should I be drinking milk? I normally don’t but I have been drinking a lot more water and less soda.. ???
