so nervous my birth control will make me break out even worse!

I just started a generic version of Orth tri cyclen. I have been getting like 2 huge cyst painful pimples every week for almost a year now so I know it's hormonal and I am hoping this doesn't make it worse. I have been so insecure with these golf balls on my face I need to start living my life again ! I know people have it worse but I just want to cry, and actually do, sometimes.
