co living.. alarm clocks.. please share advice

okay so my fiance and I took over my grams house. we took out a loan, fixed the house, do all the work and pay all the Bill's. my grandma still works though. she most day they work different shifts say, he works normal 5 days a week 7-5. and she works normal 10-7, 5 days a week. we have a 3 year old, 1 dog, and a cat. she has a very old untrained dog, and 2 very bad untrained cats. when she comes home normally around 10pm she hollar for her animals makes all kinda of noise and commotion.. wakes the whole house up...

now my fiance is a shop manager for a body shop, he normally leaves the house around 6 because his drive is 2x as long to get to work now that we moved. he most days sets his alarm for 4:45am. but some days it's for 3:30am.

my grandma complains so hard about it, it causes arguments. she actually goes as far to sleep on the couch and then tells me shes going to record it so everyone knows we dont let her sleep.

moving is not. currently an option simply because we exhausted ourselves fixing this house..

how can I go about this situation.. how can I stop this petty bull shit.

help...
