Sinus infection 😫😫

It hasn’t been cleared by the dr. But last week I was sick with a viral infection that my dr said they couldn’t do anything for since I’m 31 weeks pregnant. now I keep coughing up stuff, my nose is stuffy and runny and I’m constantly blowing it. My eyes boogers are kinda yellow in the mornings, and I have this excruciating pain on the left side of my face in my teeth and jaw. I’m pretty sure it’s now a sinus infection or sinus something. What are things I can do to get rid of this faster?? I’m so tired of peeing myself every time I cough and feeling like I need to rip my teeth out of my head 😫
