Holy Vitex. Ouch!
I have been taking vitex for about a week and a half now and it successfully brought on my period. Yay. But now I’m cramping like mad. Back, front, all over. I am only on CD8 and I have long cycles so I typically would be no where near ovulation. Opks are not positive yet. Anyone else feeling the wrath of vitex??
