Trying to be mom while sick

Sore and achey all over. Feverish last night- 101.6°. I felt like death warmed over. I actually ended up in the ER last night because I felt so crummy. Turns out I have strep throat. I've never gotten it so fast and hard. I was down for the count. I should mention I'm 5 weeks pregnant.

My husband stayed home with me this morning and watched my son while I slept in and then showered. He left a little big ago to head to work and now it's the mom show. I will fully admit that we will watch entirely too much TV today. Any suggestions on what to do with a 20 month old when you feel like crap? I've had colds before, but nothing like this.
