HELP!!!

So I’ve been itchy down there for about 5 days and I thought it was a yeast infection so I got antibiotics . But after treating it , it’s still itchy as hell ! I’m wondering what it could be . They’re inflamed white spots on the opening of my vagina ? Help please I don’t know what it is

UPDATE :

I made another appointment but the next day it stopped itching and after my shower it was completely back to normal . I drank a lot of water so that probably helped but it’s fine now
