Should we go for number 3

My first born son is 11, my second son is about to turn 1. We are now discussing going for number 3. How hard is it going from 2-3? Specifically having a preteen as part of that? How hard is it having 2 under 3? I don’t really have a support network or anything. We live on a small farm and my family can’t help, my inlaws live in another state. How has your family changed? Pros and cons. Also, any tips for getting a girl if we do go down this road? I’d love another boy but I think my partner would love a baby girl.
